Sales Enablement Services

The content, sequences, and playbooks your sales team actually uses—written by people who understand how B2B deals get won.

Most "sales enablement" gets stuck in one of two places: marketing produces content sales never opens, or sales builds its own one-off assets that nobody else can find. Either way, your reps are working harder than they should, and your pipeline is paying for it.

We help B2B sales teams get the messaging, sequences, decks, and playbooks they need to actually move deals. Built into the CRM. Aligned with how your team already sells. Updated as the business changes.

Sound familiar?

Where this usually starts

You're probably here because something on this list is true:

  • Your reps are writing their own emails from scratch on every deal, and the messaging is all over the place
  • Onboarding a new rep takes three months because nobody's ever written down how this team actually sells
  • Your nurture sequences haven't been touched in two years and the open rates are quietly tanking
  • You're rolling out HubSpot Sales Hub (or trying to use the one you already have) and the playbooks, sequences, and templates are all empty
  • Your sales decks were built for a previous quarter, a previous product line, or a previous CEO
  • Marketing's content library is full of stuff sales doesn't use, and sales has its own folder of stuff marketing doesn't know about
  • A win-back motion, an expansion play, or a competitive deal keeps coming up, and there's no asset for it

If any of that lands, you're in the right place.

What we work on

The work itself

Six areas we touch on sales enablement engagements.

Sales sequences & cadences

The right sequence to the right contact at the right point in the deal—written, built, and tested in HubSpot Sales Hub (or your CRM of choice). Cold outreach, warm follow-up, post-demo, post-proposal, deal stalled, customer expansion, win-back. We build the library, you stop reinventing it on every deal.

Sales decks & presentations

Discovery decks, demo decks, proposal decks, customer business reviews. Built for how your team actually presents, not how a slide template says they should. Tight, clear, and updated as your story evolves.

Sales messaging & value propositions

The talk tracks, objection responses, differentiator language, and competitive positioning your reps need. Documented, accessible, and consistent — so the third rep tells the same story as the first.

One-pagers, leave-behinds, and sales collateral

Product overviews, capabilities sheets, ROI calculators, customer-facing summaries. The assets your reps wish they had on every deal, built once, used hundreds of times.

Playbooks & process documentation

Discovery questions. Qualification frameworks. Deal-stage exit criteria. The "how we sell" knowledge that lives in your top reps' heads, captured and shared so the rest of the team can sell that way too.

Onboarding & ramp materials

The training, scripts, and reference library a new sales hire needs to get to first deal faster. Especially valuable if your business is in growth mode or has just hired in.

How this connects

Where this fits in the rest of your operations

Most of our sales enablement work lives in HubSpot Sales Hub—sequences as actual sequences, playbooks as actual playbooks, snippets and templates that reps can use without leaving the CRM.

That's how enablement should work: where the rep is already working, not in a folder somewhere they'll forget exists.

If your team is on Salesforce, Pipedrive, or another CRM, we can still help—the assets translate, even if the tooling doesn't.

Who this is for

The people we usually talk to

Audience

Sales leaders inheriting a team that needs structure

New VPs of sales, sales directors, fractional sales leaders. You can see what needs to change. You don't have time to build it from scratch while you're also closing deals and hiring reps.

Audience

Founders & owners who are still the top salesperson

You know how to sell this. You haven't had time to write it down. We work alongside you to extract what's in your head and turn it into materials your team can use.

Audience

Sales ops or RevOps

Practitioners trying to get more out of HubSpot Sales Hub. The platform can do everything you need — sequences, playbooks, snippets, templates, deal automation. It just needs someone to actually build it.

Audience

Marketing leaders supporting a growing sales team

Sales is asking for things faster than you can produce them. We extend your capacity without you giving up control of the messaging.

Alignment

How sales & marketing fit together

Sales enablement isn't a marketing problem. It also isn't only a sales problem. The best enablement work happens when the two teams agree on:

01

What a qualified opportunity looks like

02

What stage of the deal a given asset is meant for

03

What language sales uses with prospects (and how that connects to what marketing says publicly)

04

Who owns updates when the product, pricing, or positioning changes

How we work

Five engagement models

Five fixed-scope engagements for the most common sales enablement starting points. Each one is sized in weeks, not quarters, and priced for clarity.

The Sequence Refresh

$4,500 · 4 weeks

For teams running sequences that haven't been touched in 12+ months.

We audit your existing sales sequences in HubSpot Sales Hub, rebuild the top 6, and document a sequence playbook your team can maintain going forward.

Deliverables:

  • Audit document
  • 6 rebuilt, optimized sequences in HubSpot
  • Sequence library document
  • 1-hour training

The Discovery Deck Rebuild

$3,500 · 3 weeks

For founder-led teams, teams with a new VP of sales, or teams that just repositioned the offer.

Stop using the deck someone built two CEOs ago. We sit with sales leadership, review recent discovery calls, and rebuild your discovery deck around how your team actually sells today.

Deliverables:

  • Discovery deck
  • One-page talk track companion
  • 1-hour rep walkthrough

Founder-to-Sales Translation

$6,500 · 6 weeks

For founder-led companies where the founder is the top salesperson and nobody else can replicate how they sell.

We sit with the founder across 4–6 working sessions, extract their discovery questions, objection handling, and close moves, and turn it into materials a new rep can actually use. You can't replace the founder in one engagement, but you can start to.

Deliverables:

  • Discovery framework
  • Objection handling guide
  • Founder voice document
  • Annotated pitch walkthrough
  • 1-hour handoff session

Sales Hub Enablement Setup

$7,500 · 6 weeks

For teams in the first 6 months of HubSpot Sales Hub, or teams whose original implementation skipped the enablement layer.

You bought HubSpot Sales Hub. You're using maybe 30% of it. We build out the full enablement layer—sequences, playbooks, snippets, templates—so your reps actually use the platform you're already paying for.

Deliverables:

  • 8 starter sequences
  • 4 playbooks
  • Snippet/template library for top 5 deal stages
  • Rep onboarding doc

The Sales Asset Audit + Build

$9,500 · 8 weeks

For teams whose collateral has become a graveyard of half-finished decks and PDFs from 2022.

We inventory what exists, kill what's dead, refresh what's salvageable, and build the 5 highest-impact missing pieces.

Deliverables:

  • Asset inventory
  • Kill/keep recommendations on existing assets
  • 5 net-new assets
  • Asset library structure (Drive, HubSpot, Notion, etc.)

Custom Engagements

Not every situation fits a productized offer. For larger or more complex sales enablement work (multi-product portfolios, multi-region teams, ongoing fractional support), we scope custom engagements.

Most of these start with a discovery and audit phase of 2–4 weeks. We sit with your sales leadership, listen in on a few calls where appropriate, look at what's already built, and come back with a clear picture of what's working, what's missing, and what to build first.

From there, we either build it ourselves, hand it back to your team to execute, or sit alongside your team for ongoing support. Most clients pick some combination of all three.

We work in sprints. The goal is materials your team can actually use, not a 50-page strategy document nobody opens.
